Originally from Long Island, New York, Cecelia has been tattooing for 6 years. She graduated from Long Island University with a Bachelor's Degree in Art Therapy - having studied fine art and psychology. She sees art in all she does and has an attentive eye to detail. She enjoys painting, yoga, making pottery, spending time with her partner & dogs, hanging out with friends, traveling, going to music events and getting into any kind of art!
